ROUTE REVOLUTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 10 December 2025

1. Data and Privacy

Client and Branch data may be shared with Delhivery and service partners strictly for operational purposes.

2. KYC Requirements

PAN, Aadhaar, GST, or business details may be requested at any time.
Failure to provide KYC may result in account suspension.

3. Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent activity—including fake orders, false claims, or misuse—will result in immediate suspension and legal action.

4. API Misuse

Unauthorized automation, scraping, bulk-ordering tools, or misuse of the API will result in permanent account termination.

5. Parcel Abandonment

If shipments remain unclaimed or unresolved for more than 7 days, Delhivery may destroy or liquidate them without compensation.

6. Service Suspension

Route Revolution may suspend services for:

• Negative wallet balances

• High RTO ratios

• KYC non-compliance

• Fraud suspicion

• Policy violations

7. Changes to Terms

Route Revolution may update Terms, Policies, and Charges at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Force Majeure

Route Revolution is not liable for interruptions caused by events outside of reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, and courier disruptions.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Salem, Tamil Nadu.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using Route Revolution’s platform, courier services, API, or Branch Panel, the user agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
